WHAT AGE RANGE ARE YOUR TOYS SUITABLE FOR?

·        Our toys are designed for a wide variety of ages, from babies to teens. The recommended age range is stated for each product to help you pick the perfect toy for your child.

ARE YOUR TOYS SAFE FOR CHILDREN?

·        Yes, safety is our top concern. Our products are thoroughly test to meet the safety standards set by regulatory bodies. However, adult supervision is always recommended, especially for younger children.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

·        Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation via text or email.

WHAT IS YOU DELIVER LEAD TIME?

·        We process orders as soon as we receive them. Delivery of your orders differ depending on delivery address:

o Metro Manila – 3 to 5 working days

o Provincial – 7 to 10 working days

DO YOU OFFER INSTALLMENT PLANS FOR PAYMENTS?

·       Currently, we are working on developing installment payment plans that will be available in the future. For now, we offer credit card via Paypal, DragonPay Online Payment, and direct bank transfer, aside from Cash on Delivery.
