SHIPPING AND EXCHANGE POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING AND DISPATCHING:

·        Order(s) are usually processed and dispatched on the following working day upon confirmation of the order(s).


DELIVERY LEAD TIME:

·         For deliveries within Metro Manila, please allow 3-5 working days from the date of processing.

·         For provincial areas, please expect the delivery within 5-7 days from the date of processing.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

·         For international orders and destination, please email us at keywest_international@yahoo.com for shipping costs and estimated time of arrival.


RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGES:

·         www.keywestinternationale.com.ph accepts no responsibility for any damages, whether direct, or incidental that results from handling and delivery of goods ordered by its authorized courier.


DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS:

·         In case, that the product you purchased from us has a factory defect:

·         We will gladly exchange it with another item, just show us a video of the unboxing process so we can review.


RETURN PROCEDURE:

·         Any request for exchange must be made within 7 days upon receipt of the item(s).

·         To initiate the process of exchange, customers must contact our customer service within the specified timeframe.

·         Item(s) MUST be on its original condition and packaging.

·         Proof of purchase is required for all exchange request.

·         We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
